SUBCLASS 190
The Skilled Nominated (Subclass 190) visa is a point-based, permanent resident visa that allows overseas workers, to live and work in Australia who are nominated by the state or government agency; apart from satisfying the above basic requirements, an applicant's occupation is either on the Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) or Short-term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL) and is on the nominating State/Territory skills list.
To be able to apply for this visa you must have a positive skills assessment, nominated by state/territory and submit an expression of interest; then you may be be invited by the Department of Home Affairs. This is a permanent visa and you can submit a combined visa application to include your spouse and children.

SUBCLASS 491
The Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) subclass 491 is a regional state sponsored or a relative sponsored visa which requires either nomination by State/Territory or sponsored by an eligible relative in a designated regional area (includes any part of Australia, except Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Perth). Unlike the other two skilled visas, this is a temporary resident visa which leads to permanent residency at a later stage, when the visa holder is eligible.
To be able to apply for this visa you must have a positive skills assessment, nominated by state/territory or sponsored by eligible relative and submit an expression of interest; then you may be be invited by the Department of Home Affairs.

SUBCLASS 476
The Skilled Recognized Graduate subclass 476 is a temporary visa, when granted allow the visa holder to stay up to 18 months and you can submit a combined application to include your spouse and children.
The key eligibility requirement for this visa is that the Applicant must have completed an Engineering degree or higher from the specified institutions under Washington Accord within last 24 months from the date of visa application made. Apart from the Engineer degree or higher qualification from the specified institutions, an applicant must be under 31 years and must not have held subclass 476 or subclass 485 visas.

SUBCLASS 485
The Skilled Graduate Temporary (subclass 485) visa an onshore provisional visa designed for overseas students who meet the Study requirements in Australia but not ready to satisfy the requirements for the permanent skilled visas, this visa facilitates such students to gain working experience, attend a professional year, or improve their English language skills before applying for a permanent visa.
This visa has two streams i.e., graduate work stream and post-study work stream. The “graduate work stream” is for the graduates who is awarded other than a degree like Diploma in Information of Information. Under this stream subject to satisfy the requirement, an applicants will be granted subclass 485 visa for usually 18 months but currently it is increased to 24 months temporarily.
While the Post-Study Work stream is available to international students who graduate from a tertiary institution in Australia with bachelor’s degrees or higher qualification and the subclass 485 visa under this stream will be granted up to 4 years., depending on the study course completed by the applicant.

SUBCLASS 858
The Distinguished Talent visa program is designed to help grow Australia’s innovation and tech economies and driven to create opportunities for Australians by transferring skills, promoting innovation, and creating jobs. The Global Talent (subclass 858) is a permanent visa for applicants who have an internationally recognized record of exceptional and outstanding achievement in a one of the following areas:
Also must have a nominator with a national reputation in your area of talent who is an Australian Citizen, or an Australian Permanent Resident, or an eligible New Zealand citizen, or an Australian Organization. If the applicant has not turned 18 (or is at least 55 years old at the time of application) would be of exceptional benefit to the Australia community.
